Louise M. Goff, AIA, Principal
Louise M. Goff is known for designing graceful and uncluttered spaces that create warmth and simplicity. Whether it is a gathering, cooking or dining space, sleeping quarters, cabinetry or an exterior form, clean lines with insertions of subtle texture and intentional material choices make her architecture come together. Louise's background as an Architectural Designer at Frederick Law Olmsted's Prospect Park in Brooklyn, New York focused her awareness on the renovation of older buildings and the creation of new structures in an existing environment. Louise balances the history of place with clean, contemporary design. Her spatial and material choices are sensitive to the history and aesthetic of the structure and surroundings.
Louise has a Masters in Architecture from Yale School of Architecture. She has worked as an Architectural Designer at FXFOWLE Architects in New York City and as an Architectural Designer at Prospect Park Alliance's Design & Construction in Brooklyn, New York. She established Louise M. Smith Design, LLC in 2014 in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Louise is a registered Architect in Massachusetts.
